The invention relates to a method for preparing semi-solid particles, comprising at least one physiologically acceptable base, said base containing at least one pulverulent phase and a liquid fatty phase comprising at least one structuring polymer, comprising at least the steps of arranging from a twin-screw mixer-mixer to at least two consecutive sheaths, separately introduce the powder phase and all or part of the liquid fatty phase and mix them continuously, if necessary introduce the remainder of the fatty phase liquid in the preceding mixture, proceed to the extrusion of the assembly via a shaping die placed at the outlet of the mixer, so as to form semi-solid particles, said method being characterized in that said liquid fatty phase introduced in step b) is structured at least in part by at least one structuring polymer, the quantity and the nature of the structural polymer urant being such that the mixture obtained before extrusion, is conducive to homogeneous deformability through said die. |
