abstract The invention relates to a method for detecting and quantifying the penetration of molecules or substances into or through protective membranes, especially living organisms. It comprises the following steps: the temperature is regulated in a closed chamber (3) defining a "donor" medium, containing molecules or substances to be studied, the humidity is regulated in said chamber (3); at least one membrane (2) enters on the one hand the enclosure (3), and on the other hand an enclosure defining a "receiving" medium, said membrane being in contact with the contents of the enclosure (3), and also in contact with the contents of the enclosure defining the "receptor" medium; -the detection and quantification of the penetration of molecules or substances into or through the membrane arranged according to the preceding step is carried out.The invention still concerns a device for implementing the method.
