abstract The invention relates to a method for the ex vivo diagnosis of an endocrine tumor in a patient in which: - the expression profile of at least one DNA or RNA gene marker is determined from a biological sample of the patient; characteristic of the endocrine tumors sought and differently expressed in non-aggressive tumors and in the case of aggressive tumors, or of at least one peptide marker for which said gene marker encodes, or which corresponds to a protein including the peptide sequence for which code said gene marker, and - the expression profile obtained is compared to a reference profile and the presence of an aggressive or non-aggressive endocrine tumor is deduced, and the corresponding diagnostic kits.
