The present invention relates to a device and method for improving the irradiation of a fluid.In particular the invention relates to a device comprising a radiation source, a moving fluid comprising a first body (such as a reactant or a pollutant), such as a living body (bacterium, virus, etc.), and a second body reflecting at least in part the radiation of the radiation source, said second body being distributed substantially homogeneously in the fluid in particular so as to increase the efficiency of the a radiation on the first body contained in the fluid in motion.This device is used for the disinfection of a liquid by radiation, and in a method of disinfecting a liquid by radiation. |
