abstract Heating element for a hairdryer, characterized in that it is integrated on a support made of non-combustible insulating material, which carries a resistor consisting of a double wire spiral -6- with its terminals -7- and -8- connecting to its electrical circuit fixed on said support; said double spiral -6- and its support -1- and -2-, are covered by a layer of water-based inorganic paint, integrated by a liquid part containing a sol-gel type ceramic forming material, such as metal hydroxides, metal alkoxides and the like, and another electromagnetic radiation emitting part in the far infrared band, formed by an oxide of a light metal.
