The subject of the invention is a granular medicinal premix and its method of preparation, the premix containing at least one orally administrable active ingredient, for example tiamulin, the premix being capable of being obtained by mixing active agent particles. with a mean granulometry of between 100 μm and 500 μm with a main granulated carrier or excipient having a mean particle size of between 400 μm and 1000 μm and a secondary particulate carrier or excipient having a mean particle size smaller than that of the main carrier or excipient, and then wetting and stabilizing the mixture obtained with a fluid product. |
