titleOfInvention EFFECT DATA RECORDING MEDIUM HAVING LOCALIZED ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE LAYER
abstract An electrical effect data recording medium (1) is preferably constituted by a successive stack of a protective layer (3), a localized electrical conduction layer (4), a protective layer recording (5), a thin film forming an electrode (6) and a substrate (7). The localized electrical conduction layer (4) is a thin layer having localized areas having an electrical conduction greater than that of the remainder of said thin layer (4). More particularly, the localized electrical conduction layer (4) is formed by a material (8) of low electrical conductivity, in which are dispersed inclusions (9) whose electrical conductivity is greater than that of the material (8). The inclusions (9) may be oblong or spherical.
