The present invention relates to the field of molecular probe architecture for in vivo imaging. More particularly, the invention relates to molecular constructs providing an activatable imaging function in an intracellular medium, these constructs being further linked to a vector that allows targeting to certain cells, and internalization in the cells in question. The fluorescence probes according to the invention make it possible, in particular, to specifically image certain targeted tissues, by maintaining a low level of background noise and, preferably, by obtaining, at the level of the targeted tissue, an imaging signal increasing over time. . |
