abstract The diode comprises an electroluminescent organic layer (6) interposed between a lower electrode and a partially transparent and semi-reflective upper electrode, which itself comprises a transparent conductive underlayer (4) and a metal underlayer (3) current distribution, for example an opaque grid; an anti-reflective dielectric layer (2) is deposited on the grid to improve the emission contrast in ambient light, which, according to an advantageous variant, is adapted to optimize the semi-reflective properties of the upper electrode, which allows to improve by optical cavity effect, the extraction of emitted light.
