The invention also relates to the uses of this substrate, in particular in the context of implementing methods for detecting, identifying and / or assaying botulinum toxin type A at very low concentrations (of the order of 1 ng / ml), or inhibitors and / or activators of the metallopeptidase activity of said toxin, and in the latter case quantify their potency. |
