abstract | The present invention relates to a process for the synthesis of exocyclic cycloalkyl hydrazine derivatives and exocyclic heterocycloalkyl hydrazine derivatives. The method is characterized in that it comprises a step of demixing the solution comprising said synthesized derivative, by reaction of a heterocyclic amine with monochloramine, into an organic phase and an aqueous phase by adding sodium hydroxide anhydrous. The starting amine which has not reacted is recovered and reused directly, without additional treatment. The process of the present invention thus makes it possible to obtain the corresponding exocyclic cycloalkyl-hydrazine or heterocycloalkyl-hydrazine derivative at a very low cost compared to other known processes. |
