abstract The present invention relates to a method of inducing an activity of a specific RNAi in eukaryotic cells into which the TAT protein and a nucleic acid encoding a nucleotide sequence comprising the sense and antisense sequences of an RNAi are introduced. of interest, said sense and antisense sequences being separated by a separator nucleotide sequence encoding a sequence comprising at least the minimal TAR sequence recognized by the TAT protein, said transcribed separator sequence and the TAT protein forming a complex inhibiting the activity of RNAi of interest and the activity of RNAi is induced by removing the TAT protein.
