Non-human organism, characterized in that it expresses: a) a FRET system consisting of a donor linked to an acceptor by a molecule, substrate of a biological activity, the presence of this biological activity leading to a modification of the emission fluorescent; orb) a FRET system consisting of a donor and an acceptor each coupled to a molecule, the interaction between these two molecules resulting in a modification of the fluorescent emission. Method for determining the presence of a biological activity in vivo or the existence of an in vivo interaction between two molecules, characterized in that it consists in measuring by MPLSM the FRET emitted by such an organism or by a human being expressing such a system. Use of such an organism or of a human expressing such a system and MPLSM to identify activators or inhibitors. |
