abstract |
The subject of the invention is a composition comprising acid magnetic particles (p) based on an iron compound, said acid magnetic particles (p) each being complexed by one or more gem-bisphosphonate compounds, of formula I: XL- CH (PO3H2) 2 (I) in which: • L represents an organic group linking the function X to the gem-bisphosphonate function -CH (PO3H2) 2; • X represents a chemical function capable of reacting with a biovector; said X functions of said particles being optionally coupled in whole or in part to a biovector. The invention also relates to a process for preparing said compositions and their use, in particular as a contrast product for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). |
