abstract A standard micro-component (4), intended for calibrating or calibrating fluorescence measuring equipment, comprises a substrate (1) on which at least one thin layer (2) is arranged. The thin layer (2) comprises fluorescent components defining a first level of fluorescence. At least a first zone (3) of zero thickness is formed in the thin layer (2), thus exposing the substrate (1). The thin layer (2) comprises at least one exposed zone (2a), so as to define a second intermediate level of fluorescence lower than the first level of fluorescence. The standard micro-component (4) can also include a plurality of thin layers superimposed so as to define a plurality of fluorescence levels.
