The present invention relates to the use of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) or of at least one of its analogues, substrate of mono-ADP-ribosyl transferases (ART) in the preparation of a medicament intended to modulate the activity of at least one purinergic receptor, advantageously of the P2X or P2Y type, said medicament being particularly intended for the treatment of pathologies in which the purinergic receptors participate in the physiopathological process or of pathologies linked to deregulation of the activity of the purinergic receptors. |
