The invention relates to an anhydrous paste for bleaching human keratin fibers, and more particularly the hair, comprising in 15 to 35% by weight of at least one inert organic liquid, at least one peroxygen salt and at least one alkaline agent, characterized in that the peroxygen salt is a potassium or sodium persulfate or their mixture and that the alkaline agent is a binary mixture of: - (a) a first alkaline agent chosen from the group formed by carbonates of alkali metals or alkaline earth, - (b) a second alkaline agent chosen from the group formed by urea, chloride, or sulphate, or ammonium phosphate or nitrate, silicates or phosphates or bicarbonates of alkali or alkaline earth metals , it being understood that the paste does not contain ammonium persulfate. |
