The present invention relates to an inclusion complex which comprises fenofibrate with cyclodextrin, wherein said fenofibrate is in micronized form and has an average particle size of between about 1 m and about 40 m, said cyclodextrin having an average particle size between about 10 m and about 350 m, wherein the fenofibrate / cyclodextrin molar ratio is between about 1 / 0.5 to about 1 / 4.
