Manufacturing process by compression molding of plastic parts (1) having a neck (3) provided with an orifice comprising a first step of producing a blank (20) and a second step of compressing said blank, characterized in that the part is molded with a neck (3) provided with a top wall (4) comprising a notch (S), the contour of which delimits the desired shape of the orifice and two zones capable of withstanding the mechanical force (F) necessary to break the top wall (4) at said notch (5), one of them (7) being intended to transmit said mechanical force and the other (8) to serve as a support . The notch (5) has a section oriented in a direction slightly inclined with respect to the axis of the neck. After opening said molding tool, the mechanical force (F) is applied to part of the top wall (91) so that the top wall (4) tears at the notch (5) and that the the dispensing orifice is thus obtained. |
