Cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical compositions for topical use, in particular for the treatment of "bags" under the eyes, characterized in that they contain, in a cosmetically acceptable carrier, a combination of at least two, preferably three components to choose among: a) hesperidin or hesperidin derivatives, b) dipeptide inhibitors of the ACE enzyme (angiotensin converting enzyme EC 3. 4. 15. 1), in particular chosen from those having the H-sequence.
