titleOfInvention BIFONCTIONALIZED METALLOCENES, PROCESS FOR OBTAINING THEM, USE FOR THE MARKING OF BIOLOGICAL MOLECULES
abstract The subject of the present invention is metallocene-bifunctionalized compounds of general formula (I): in which - Me represents a transition metal, - Y and Z, which are identical, are chosen from - (CH2) nO-3, - (CH2) - O - [(CH2) 2-O] p and - (CH2) q-CONH- (CH2) rO-, or -Y is - (CH2) 3 -NH and Z is - (CH2) t -COO-, n is between 3 and 6, p is between 1 and 4, q is between 0 and 2, r is between 0 and 2, s is between 2 and 5, t is between 3 and 6, R and R 'represent the hydrogen atom or are protective groups used in the synthesis of oligonucleotides and peptides and are as defined below: (i) when Z and Y are chosen from - (CH2) nO- - (CH2) -O - [(CH2) 2-O] p and (CH2) q-CONH- (CH2) rO-, R is a group capable of leaving a free hydroxyl group after protection, and R ' is a phosphorus group capable of reacting with a free hydroxyl group and (ii) when Y is - (CH2) 6 -NH- and Z is - (CH2) t -COO-, R represents a protective group of the amines, preferably 9-fluorenyloxycarbonyl, tertbutoxycarbonyl or benzyloxycarbonyl, and R 'represents a hydrogen atom.
