titleOfInvention SUBSURFACIC AUTOFLUORESCENCE SPECTROSCOPY APPARATUS
abstract It comprises an excitation source (1), an injection means (2) of an excitation signal produced by said source in an ordered bundle (3) of flexible optical fibers, an analysis means (21, 22) of an autofluorescence signal emitted. It is characterized in that it comprises, at the outlet of the bundle (3) of optical fibers, an optical head (4) intended to be placed in contact with the biological tissue (6), said optical head being provided with optical means suitable for converging the excitation signal leaving said beam (3) in a subsurface analysis zone (5), the same optical fiber or fibers used to excite said beam (3) being used to detect the signal emitted by said zone d subsurface analysis, means (D) placed upstream of the injection means (2) being further provided for separating the wavelength of the excitation signal and the wavelength of the autofluorescence signal.
