The subject of the invention is the use as inhibitors of cdc25 phosphatases, and in particular of cdc25-C phosphatase, and of CD45 phosphatase, compounds of general formula (I) in which: R1 represents an atom of hydrogen or an alkyl or cycloalkyl radical - (CH2) -XY or - (CH2) -Z-NR5R6, R1 which can also, when W represents O, also represent an aryl radical; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a radical alkyl; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or an alkyl, haloalkyl or alkoxy radical; andR4 represents an alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, cyano, amino radical - CH2-COOR18, -CH2-CO-NR19R20 or -CH2-NR21R22 or an optionally substituted heteroaryl radical; R5 and R6 are chosen independently from a hydrogen atom , an alkyl, aralkyl or - (CH2) n -OH radical in which n represents an integer from 1 to 6, or R5 and R6 together with the nitrogen atom form an optionally substituted saturated heterocycle; R18, R19, R20, R21 and R22 are independently chosen from (in particular) a hydrogen atom and an alkyl radical; X and Z representing alkylene chains; Y representing a carbon mono- or polycyclic system, an optionally substituted saturated heterocycle counting as all up to 7 members, or an optionally substituted carbocyclic or heterocyclic aryl radical; and W represents O or S. According to the invention, the compounds of general formula (I) can in particular be used to prepare a medicament intended to treat cancer. |
