abstract A derivative of group A of streptogramins of general formula (I) in which R1 is a halogen atom or an OH, alkyloxy, azido, thiocyanato radical, or R1 represents a radical -NR'R "for which R 'is an atom hydrogen or a methyl radical, and R "is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl, cycloalkyl, allyl, propynyl, benzyl, or -OR" ', R "' being a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical, cycloalkyl, allyl, propynyl or benzyl, or else R "represents -NR ° R °°, R ° and R °° can represent a methyl radical, or together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached a heterocycle with 4 or 5-membered saturated or unsaturated which may also contain another heteroatom chosen from N, O or S, and R'1 represents a hydrogen atom or else, R1 and R'1 together form an oxo radical, R2 is a d atom 'halogen or an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, phenyl or heteroaryl radical, or an alkylthio, phenylthio or heteroarylthio radical, R3 is a hydrogen atom o u a methyl or ethyl radical, and the bond represents a single bond (27R stereochemistry) or a double bond. These derivatives are particularly interesting antibacterial agents.
