The invention relates to novel phosphonate derivatives corresponding to the formula (I) below, in which A represents a linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group, saturated or unsaturated C 1 -C 50, this alkyl group may carry one or of several aromatic groups, it may comprise one or more ether bridges, one or more functions chosen from: a carboxylic acid, an ester, an amide, a nitrile, a hydroxyl, an aldehyde, a ketone, a halogen, an amine, a thiol, a thio-ketone, an episulfide, a selenol, a seleno-ketone, a sulfide, a sulfone, a sulfoxide, it may carry one or more heterocycles, n is an integer ranging from 1 to 4, X represents a group chosen from a hydrogen atom and a pharmaceutically acceptable organic or inorganic cationic group, B represents a group chosen from: X andwherein X and A have the same meaning as above, to their method of preparation, their use as modulating ligands of γ9δ2 T lymphocytes and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them. |
