USE OF A PROTEIN OF THE CRMPS FAMILY FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES RELATED TO THE IMMUNE SYSTEM |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the use of at least one protein of the CRMPs family, polypeptide fragment or biologically active derivative thereof, of a sequence or fragment of nucleotide sequence coding for said protein, of an antisense sequence. capable of hybridizing specifically with a nucleotide sequence coding for said protein or an antibody directed against said protein for the manufacture of a medicament intended to treat diseases linked to a dysfunction of the immune system. It also relates to a method of diagnosing an autoimmune pathology consisting in measuring the expression of a CRMP protein in lymphocytes. |
