abstract The invention relates to a method of immobilizing various molecules. The method of immobilization is reversible and essentially comprises the steps of: fixing a cyclodextrin or a cyclodextrin polymer on a substrate; establishing a covalent bond between a hydrophilic polymer having hydrophobic groups and the biological molecule or macromolecule to be immobilized; - bringing the molecule or biological macromolecule thus modified into contact with the substrate carrying the cyclodextrin or the cyclodextrin polymer. Application in particular to analytical techniques requiring regeneration of the sensors.
