abstract The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, and a medicament containing said composition, for strengthening the immune treatment in particular in the treatment of infection by the HIV virus which comprises dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and a mixture of fatty acids comprising in particular linoleic acid and stearic acid. Typically according to the invention, the mass ratio of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) / mixture of fatty acids is greater than 5 and less than or equal to 16.
