NUCLEIC ACID SEQUENCE ENCODING A NOVEL G-COUPLED RECEPTOR AND USES |
abstract |
The invention relates to the identification of a new receptor coupled to GTP-binding proteins or G proteins. It relates in particular to the identification of a nucleic acid sequence encoding this receptor as well as to the recombinant vectors comprising these sequences and host cells containing the vectors. The uses of host cells for the screening of agonist or antagonist molecules of the receptor coupled to G proteins are also part of the invention. |
