The invention relates to a process for the production of low sulfur gasoline comprising at least one selective hydrogenation of the diolefins, optionally at least one step of transformation, preferably of weighting, of the light sulfur compounds present in the gasoline, at at least one fractionation of the gasoline obtained into at least two fractions: light gasoline and heavy gasoline, then optionally a step of transformation, preferably of alkylation or adsorption of the sulfur compounds and a desulfurization treatment in one step of minus part of the heavy fraction. |
