A process for the preparation of an aqueous colloidal anionic silica suspension, of neutral pH, stable over time and comprising individualized colloidal silica particles, not bound together by siloxane bonds, in which an aqueous suspension of anionic colloidal silica is mixed comprising individualized colloidal silica particles, not bound together by siloxane bonds, of basic pH, with an aqueous suspension of anionic colloidal silica comprising individualized colloidal silica particles, not bound together by siloxane bonds, of acidic pH and uses of the resulting suspension, including the clarification of beer. |
