abstract | Solid hydrophobic composite material which comes in a "liquid" + "powder" form or two liquids called "liquid 1" + "liquid 2". In the form of a powder and a liquid, this composite material is characterized in that on the one hand the powder consists of at least 50% of semi-hydrated alpha calcium sulphate optionally mixed with other inert fillers or reactive, and on the other hand the liquid consists of at least 40% of one or more acrylic polymers, and of a hydrophobic agent. Control agents can be added to the liquid: other polymers in solution, in dispersion or in emulsion, defoamers, surfactants, thickeners, setting or expansion controllers. In the form of two liquids, it is constituted on the one hand by the mixture of the powder and the liquid previously described in which a setting inhibitor is incorporated constituting liquid 1, and on the other hand by a second liquid called liquid 2 or catalyst containing at least one catalyst which will activate the setting reaction making it possible to obtain a solid object after mixing liquids 1 and 2. |
