The invention relates to a method for thinning a tar or a slurry, in which the tar or the slurry is contacted, to form an aqueous suspoemulsion, with a solvent, a surfactant, water and an agent. This method is used in particular to clean vats or cisterns containing tars or sludge resulting from carbochemistry or petrochemistry, the aqueous suspoemulsion obtained then being withdrawn for destruction. The invention also relates to a formulation which can be used for thin a tar or a mud. |
