The present invention relates to a cement slurry having a high permeability and a good resistance to compression, comprising a solid fraction consisting of: 35% to 80% (by volume) of particles whose average size is between 100 and 800 ; 0% to 15% (by volume) of particles with an average particle diameter between 0.1 and 10 microns and 10% to 40% (by volume) of particles with an average particle diameter between 20 and 50 ; a part of said particles being constituted by a cement and preferably another part by self-destructible particles; a liquid fraction in a water-to-solid volume ratio of between 38% and 50% by volume, and a rate of cells provided by gas or a liquid immiscible with water of between 30% and 60% of the final volume of the grout. |
