The method according to the invention comprises the bulk reception of scale, the exposure of these scales in the open air to remove the water they contain, the mixing of the scale with other components in a horizontal mixer, the transferring the mixture into molds subjected to high frequency vibrations, introducing and holding molded parts in tunnels for a predetermined period of time under a controlled humidity environment, stacking, air drying free parts then storage parts before shipment. |
