titleOfInvention METHOD FOR SIMULAR DETERMINATION OF THE OPTIMAL CONDITIONS OF STABILIZATION OF A SIMULATED MOBILE BED SEPARATION SYSTEM
abstract - Method for determining by simulation the optimum conditions for stabilization of a simulated moving bed separation system (SMB) making it possible to obtain set values for the purity of an extracted component and for the yield - To determine the flow rate of recycling, the injected fluid flow rates and the optimal withdrawn fluid flow rates to obtain the set values, a unique simulation is carried out consisting of a succession of steps for rectifying the fluid flows at time intervals of limited duration (T) , each comprising, at the end of each time interval, a comparison of the degrees of purity and the respective yields obtained resulting from situations resulting from simulations over a time interval (DELTAr) where rectifications are applied to at least one flow with those of a reference situation resulting from a simulation over the same time interval but without rate rectification, followed by a selection of rates aimed at minimizing er the amount of impurities in the extract and the amount of the constituent in the raffinate. Application to the optimization of hydrocarbon separation systems for example.
