The present invention relates to a light aircraft engine fan blade which comprises a metal blade (10) having at least one pocket (12) which forms part of a mold, and a composition for polyurethane elastomer. The composition includes a polyurethane prepolymer and a hardener, and is cured in the pocket of the blade so that the polyurethane elastomer is bonded to the surfaces of the metal blade to form a metal-elastomer composite. |
