abstract | The subject of the invention is soluble mannoproteins in powder form having the following characteristics: - dry matter at least equal to 92%, preferably 95%; - total carbohydrate content of between 43 and 82%, preferably between 43 and 70 %, and more preferably between 45 and 60%, of which at least 80%, and preferably at least 90% are in the form of a mannose chain; - phosphorus content on dry matter of between 2.75% and 5, 75% expressed as P2 05; - turbidity measured by nephelometry less than or equal to 6 NTU and preferably less than or equal to 4 NTU and more preferably 3 NTU in solution at 1 g / liter in water at pH 3.5 - turbidity measured by nephelometry less than or equal to 35 NTU and preferably 20 NTU and more preferably 10 NTU in solution at 1 g / liter in a hydroalcoholic solution at pH 3, 5 and at 12 degree GL. |
