METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING A CARRIER CARRIER OF A PLURALITY OF DIFFERENT POLYNUCLEOTIDE AND / OR PEPTIDE SEQUENCES |
abstract |
The invention relates to the manufacture of electronic microsensors ("chips") for the analysis of nucleotide and / or peptide sequences. The goal is to fix on the surface of these "chips" a very large number of different probe sequences, easily and economically. The method of manufacturing networks of probe sequences on a support by anchoring and / or localized chemical synthesis (s) in the presence of volatile solvents. According to this process, a support is used on which a grid of reaction wells made of photocrosslinked resin (epoxy) is produced. The support is then placed in a reaction vessel which is saturated with vapors of the synthesis solvent (acetonitrile). Finally, anchoring and optionally localized chemical synthesis (s) in situ of the probe sequences in the wells are carried out by using a localized liquid / reagent supply in each well corresponding to a given probe sequence, by collectively feeding the wells. in common liquids / reagents and ensuring that before each localized feeding operation the liquid contained in each well is removed. The invention also relates to a device for implementing this method. |
