The present invention relates to novel economic photograftable electropolymers onto which specific recognition probes having an optimal capacity for reaction with target analytes (DNA / cDNA, APN / APNc, enzyme / substrate, Antibody / Antigen) can readily be grafted. Photograftable electropolymers are e. g. poly (pyrrole-benzophenone). Benzophenone forms photo-grafting sites. The invention also relates to the mono and oligomers constituting these new photograftable electropolymers. Their manufacturing method is another object of the invention, as are the electronic biosensors comprising these photograftable and / or photo-etched electropolymers. by probes for the analysis of biomolecules. |
