abstract | The invention relates to a new process for the production and purification of a protein or a polypeptide of interest by affinity chromatography on a solid support bearing sulphated polysaccharides or functional analogues and comprising the grafting upstream or downstream of said polypeptide of interest of a new molecular label consisting of at least 1 R1 unit of formula: X1 X2 Y1 Y2 PY3 , between 0 and five R2 units of formula: X1 X2 Y1 Y2 Y3 X3 X4 in which X1 to X4 represent either K (Lys) or R (Arg), and Y1 to Y3 represent any amino acid, but preferably A (Ala), L (Leu), l (lleu), V (Val) and P represents a proline, the number of R1 and R2 units and their combination being chosen according to the desired affinity between the polypeptide and the solid support carrying sulphated polysaccharides, knowing that when the number of R2 is equal to 0, the number of R1 is at least equal to 2. |
