abstract | The present invention relates to a photosensitive device such as a fingerprint detector. This device consists of a transparent substrate 10, a two-dimensional matrix 11 deposited on the substrate and comprising at least one image point formed of an opaque zone 13 comprising a photodetector element 14 associated with an optical window, lighting means 17 , 18 of the substrate at an angle allowing total internal reflection and a transparent layer 12 deposited on the matrix and returning by total internal reflection the light emitted by the lighting means towards the photodetector element. |
