The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a catalyst comprising at least one element from group VIII of the periodic table of elements, a binder and at least one zeolite of structural type EUO comprising at least one element X chosen from silicon and germanium and at least one element T chosen from aluminum, iron, gallium, boron, titanium, vanadium, zirconium, molybdenum, arsenic, antimony, chromium and manganese, characterized in that said zeolite is prepared by reaction of an aqueous mixture comprising at least one source of at least one element X, at least one source of at least one element T, and at least one precursor of a structuring comprising a derivative alkylated polymethylene alpha-omega diammonium chosen from monoamines. The invention also relates to the use of the catalyst prepared in an isomerization process of an aromatic C8 cut. |
