The present invention provides a nonaqueous electrolytic salt comprising dissolving an electrolytic carrier salt in an organic solvent, wherein said organic solvent contains a cyclic carbonate compound, at least one type of alkyl monocarbonate compound represented by the chemical formula (1) (R1 OC (= O) OR2) and an alkylene biscarbonate compound represented by the chemical formula (2) (R3 OC (= O) OR4 OC (= O) R5), and an organic compound containing phosphorus. The present invention also describes a secondary battery which uses the above electrolyte salt, in which, since each compound does not eliminate the function of the other, allowing each compound to show its own function efficiently, the yield of the battery is excellent, the efficiency is maintained at a high level even at temperatures outside the ambient temperature, and extremely good incombustibility is obtained. |
