The present invention relates to the field of organic chemistry and in particular to the field of therapeutic chemistry. It specifically relates to a method for stabilizing aqueous dispersions of natural or synthetic phenolic compounds, which comprises adding an aqueous dispersion of such a compound of an antioxidant derivative, a hydroxylated carboxylic acid-based buffer agent and of a complexing agent under an inert gas atmosphere. The invention finds a use for the production of pharmaceutical forms, especially injectable solutions, containing one or more phenolic substances thus stabilized. |
