abstract The invention relates to a multiparticulate pharmaceutical form with delayed and pulsed release, making it possible to obtain the start of the provision of the active principle within 4 to 8 hours following the ingestion of said pharmaceutical form, then the progressive release of all of the active ingredient in the following 8 to 20 hours, characterized in that it is free of organic acid and that it is in the form of medicinal spheroids consisting of a neutral spherical support comprising a first coating based on d '' a mixture of at least one water-soluble polymer and at least one non-water-soluble polymer within which particles constituting an active principle are uniformly distributed, the assembly comprising a second coating based on at least two pH polymers independent, with varying degrees of permeability to different gastric and intestinal environments, possibly at least one pH polymer dependent, on at least one plasticizer and on at least one inert filler uniformly distributed in said coating.
