- The object of the invention is a process for producing an interphase material from oxides having porosities, intended to be placed between a ceramic reinforcing material, in particular fibers, and a glass matrix, ceramic or glass-ceramic, characterized in that it consists in: choosing a composition substantially identical to that of the matrix and / or of the reinforcing material, so as to limit the diffusion and to have substantially identical expansion coefficients but having a melting temperature higher than that of the matrix, - adding a porosity-generating auxiliary to said composition, - depositing said composition on the reinforcing material. The invention also covers the material obtained, the method of treating a reinforcing ceramic fiber with this interphase material and the method of manufacturing an associated thermostructural material. |
