This invention relates to a composite food product comprising a cookie and a filling based on a salted dairy product, consisting of a processed cheese, in which the cookie has a dry extract of 50 to 90% and a water activity. (Aw) before contact of at least 0.6, preferably at least 0.8, and the cheese has a dry extract of 20 to 80% and a water activity before contact greater than 0.95, said composite food product obtained by hot deposition of melted cheese on the cookie and being balanced with a water activity greater than 0.95. |
