abstract Device causing the electrocatalyzed fusion of deuterium and delivering the energy produced in the form of electrical energy, characterized in that it comprises: a chamber 1 containing deuterium and means for focusing two laser beams in rotating quadrupole modes which have for common axis the axis of the chamber, one, whose wavelength is ten times that of the other, generates a column of plasma which, in its middle, constitutes the target on which is concentrated the energy of the second beam which causes ignition from which propagate, on both sides, electronic shock waves called "needles" which renew nuclear fusions and generate pulses of electric current collected by the internal armatures 5 and 5 'of two coaxials, of which the external frames 6 and 6' surround the tubes 4 and 4 'in which the "needles" have propagated the fusion, the means for focusing comprise bored mirrors e n their center to let the needles pass and reflect the laser beams so that said lasers are placed out of the path of the needles.
