abstract | Cyclosporin derivatives of general formula (I) in which R is a hydrogen atom or a radical of structure (1a) for which Alk is a straight or branched (2 to 6C) alkylene or cycloalkylene (3 to 6C) radical and Rdegre is either H, OH, COOH or alkyloxycarbonyl, or a -NR1 R2 radical for which identical or different R1 and R2 represent H, alkyl, cycloalkyl (3 to 6C), phenyl optionally substituted (by an alkyloxy halogen atom, alkyloxycarbonyl, amino, alkylamino or dialkylamino), or represent benzyl or saturated or unsaturated heterocyclyl containing 5 or 6 members and 1 to 3 heteroatoms, or for which R1 and R2 form with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached a 5-membered heterocycle or 6 membered which may contain another heteroatom chosen from nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur and optionally substituted by alkyl, or a radical (1b) for which R1 and R2 are defined as above, R3 represents H or alkyl and n is an integer from 2 to 4; R' represents a radical (1c) or (1d) for which R4 is alkylthio, aminoalkylthio. alkylaminoalkylthio, dialkoylamino-alkylthio, pyrimidinylthio, thiazolylthio, N-alkylimidazolylthio, hydroxyalkylphenylthio, hydroxyalcolylphenyloxy, nitrophenylamino, 2-oxopyrimidin-1-yl, and R'4 represents alkyl; and R" represents H or OH, provided that R and R " are not simultaneously a hydrogen atom, the above alkyl portions or radicals being straight or branched and containing 1 to 4C, as well as their pharmaceutically acceptable salts when They exist.
